Is there any way of linking a webIDE to devTools? I'd pay for a tool that lets me click on a jsconsole error message and then takes me straight to the editor at that line and column on the original file.

Except Firefox OS apps are just web apps. They really should add just "Firefox" / "Web" as a target too.
