Yes? How is that a problem? If you're interested in learning the RISC-V ISA, which is what I gathered from OP's post, the specific CPU doesn't matter much.
I am moreso looking for an actual board, maybe a few flashy lights, ya know, all that. I've played with QEMU a bit for a few little things, it's fun enough, but I'd like to play with some RISC-V hardware - again, if possible, if there were something appropriate for a relative beginner to get going.
