Pretty well. I am enjoying working from home and while I am very bored stuck at home, it is weirdly relaxing.
I am sure I will eventually get infected but I am not too worried. I am young and somewhat healthy, and I am never in contact with anyone old or particularly at risk.
The thing I am most afraid of is the impending economic depression.
you probably will, or already have. about half of Diamond Princess cruise ship passengers tested positive but were asymptomatic.
edit: of course that could have been the latent period at the beginning - not saying they all /stayed/ asymptomatic, just that it may already have arrived.
I find it's great for diving into refactoring projects that I've been putting off. I like to do that stoned because it's usually not that hard, just tedious moving files around and organizing things. Same way my wife reorganizes the furniture when she gets stoned.
I also sometimes find solutions to hard problems in my head when stoned, though I usually just write down the solution rather than coding it, as large-scale implementations are better done sober.
Personally, weed might help in the creative phase of problem solving, but if it requires working memory weed is a big negative(at least how it affects me)
